Copyright infringement notification

MoodVideos respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content hosted on MoodVideos infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to [email protected] that includes:

Counter-notification

If you believe content you uploaded was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Accounts found to be repeat infringers of copyright will be suspended or terminated.
