Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MoodVideos (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age requirement

MoodVideos may contain mature content, including strong language. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access the Service. By using MoodVideos, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-submitted content

Creators retain ownership of the videos they upload. By uploading content, you grant MoodVideos a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload or post content that:

  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative manner
  • Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incites violence
  • Is spam, deceptive, or fraudulent

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Use the "Report" button on any video to flag content for review.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoodVideos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content uploaded by other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
